Every box is baked fresh, just for you. No sitting on shelves, no day-old anything. Here’s how it works so you know exactly what to expect.

Ordering

You can place an order anytime! We bake and get your cookies to you within 1–2 days.

The minimum order is 4 cookies for pickup, or 12 cookies for delivery.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is available by arrangement — we’ll confirm your pickup window when your order is placed.

Delivery is available within Arvada city limits for a $5 delivery fee. We’ll keep you updated on delivery timing via text or email.

Payment

We use Square for secure, easy payment. Payment is collected at the time of your order.

No Returns or Refunds

Because our cookies are perishable and made fresh to order, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds outside of a quality issue on our end.

Quality Issues

We take a lot of pride in every single cookie that leaves our kitchen. If something isn’t right — wrong flavor, damaged in transit, or a quality concern — please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo.

We’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Your happiness genuinely matters to us.

Cancellations & Changes

Because your cookies are made fresh to order, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ve likely already started on yours.

Our kitchen is a home kitchen and is not allergen-free. We regularly work with the following ingredients:
